Rates

Due to high demand for  the cottage and non standard durations we have re jigged the way we charge our rates.

The new system eliminates the need for people to contact us and ask for special rates for rentals less than one week.

We have now split the year into high and low seasons and the rates are per night for weeknights with special rates applied at Weekends. (arrive Friday depart Sunday or arrive Saturday depart Monday , 2 night stays )

High Season

(The low season rates have increased as of 15.2.08 due to increased fuel and running costs. Any enquires made before this date will still have their bookings at the old rate. New enquiries will be at the new rate.)

(Special rates apply to the Christmas & New year period and the Hay Festival.
